The NALGENE medium filtration device is equipped with a disposable sterile filtration device with a 90mm diameter SFCA filter membrane (effective filtration area of 57.2cm) and low protein adhesion. Used in hybridoma research laboratories, it can easily vacuum filter up to 1 L of culture medium (containing 20% serum). The large filter membrane surface area and low protein adhesion performance provide higher flow rate and processing capacity. The capacity of the upper part and receiver of the NALGENE medium filtration device is 1000 ml. The leak proof threaded cap at 1-1/2 revolutions eliminates pH shift in the receiver.
