The N/O-type needle roller guide rail adopts a needle roller holder, which is suitable for heavy-duty applications. The tightly arranged needle rollers on the holder make this linear guide rail highly rigid, while the unique bearing steel holder of Rischberg makes it less resistant and more rigid than other similar needle roller holders.
Roller guide material
Swissberger cross rails are typically made of GCR15 (AISI52100) bearing steel with a hardness between HRC58 and HRC62. There is also a special anti-corrosion model called SUS440 material, with a hardness between HRC58 and HRC60
