Introduction

With the continuous improvement of China's requirements for the treatment of various solid and hazardous wastes, traditional solid-liquid separation equipment is no longer able to meet the requirements. Innovation Huayi has developed an ultra efficient and high dry extruder, which can greatly reduce the moisture content of various solid and hazardous wastes and improve the solid-liquid separation effect.

Two working principles

According to the different pressures in the dehydration zone, the entire dehydration process can be divided into three parts: the mesh gravity dehydration zone, the pre pressure dehydration zone, and the hydraulic dehydration zone.

The slurry is evenly distributed in the gravity dewatering zone by the slurry distributor. The material in this zone is mainly dehydrated by its own gravity, and then enters the pre pressure dewatering zone, where it is transported through two mesh belts andUnder the squeezing of the "S" - shaped distribution roller, the pressure on the slurry gradually increases, removing some of the moisture between the materials. Then, the slurry enters the high-pressure squeezing zone provided by the hydraulic station and the rubber belt as the force device, further squeezing the material between the two nets, removing the moisture from the material, and finally forming a cake shape with a certain dryness, which is scraped off by a scraper. After removing the slurry, the filter screen is washed clean with high-pressure water and enters the next working cycle.
