Function Introduction:

Using RS485 bus or TCP/IP protocol for campus communication, computers directly transmit, manage, and control data to electrical units when connected to the network, without the need for IC cards for data transmission.

Data concentrator with LCD display and Chinese menu. Manage the lower computer and provide the function of querying various data in the room. There are two types of electric energy meters: box type and cabinet type. The cabinet type is placed in the receiving room or distribution box room of the student dormitory, while the box type is placed on the walls of each floor corridor of the dormitory to measure, manage, and control the electricity consumption of each room. Each cabinet type can manage up to 208 rooms, and each box type can manage up to 32 rooms.

For the intelligent centralized electricity management system dedicated to student apartments, there are also some unique functions and features. Digital intelligent recognition of illegal electrical appliances (electric stoves, fast heating, hair dryers, etc.) and power-off, prohibiting the user from using them until the illegal appliances are removed. Using computer network technology, networked centralized management allows the use of normal electricity (lighting, computers, desk lamps, etc.) to identify status indicators and automatically restore power supply after the cancellation of illegal electrical appliances. Multiple networking methods are available (campus network, telephone network, etc.), and room and public lighting can be controlled in different time periods. It has the functions of preventing electricity theft, realizing prepayment, pre use of electricity, power limitation and control, short circuit and leakage protection.

Main functions:

1. Electricity metering and billing: After students prepay their electricity bills through the computer sales management system, the computer directly transmits the data to the control cabinet and distribution box of each student dormitory unit, and the system calculates the accumulated amount of electricity stored in the student dormitory.

2. Low limit reminder for pre stored electricity in student dormitories: When the remaining electricity in student dormitories drops to the set low limit (set by the microcomputer), the system will automatically prompt the management department that the pre purchased electricity will be used up.

3. Pre order electricity, no charge shutdown: When the user's remaining electricity is zero, the system automatically cuts off the electricity supply to the student dormitory. After the user purchases electricity again, the system immediately resumes power supply to the student dormitory.

4. Timed power control: The system can automatically control the power consumption of students according to different times and dormitory types, grouping them for power on and off.

5. Power restriction and load control in student dormitories: It can set and change the maximum load of each user's student dormitory, automatically identify and control illegal electrical appliances (such as electric stoves, fast electricity, rice cookers, etc.), and also ensure the normal use of electrical appliances (such as computers, fans, water heaters, air conditioners, etc.). When the illegal electrical appliances are removed, the system can automatically restore power supply (the number of automatic power restoration times can be set within the same period).

6. Free basic electricity consumption setting: The system can group the monthly free basic electricity consumption of student dormitories according to different dormitory types (building, floor, room) settings.

7. Room swapping for data conversion: After a student changes rooms, the system computer should perform data conversion on the remaining battery level of the student dormitory.

8. Refund Management: When students graduate, the system should be able to print out a detailed list of refunds for all electricity used in student dormitories, in order to promptly refund any excess electricity bills to students.

9. Student dormitory electricity stored value inquiry: The management department can check the electricity consumption and payment of each stage of the student dormitory in the system at any time, and can print reports.

10. Remaining electricity and electricity consumption query in student dormitories: The remaining and used electricity consumption of student dormitories can be queried at any time from the system manager of each student dormitory, and multiple effective and practical electricity query methods can be provided.

11. Short circuit automatic protection.

12. Automatic fault alarm: When there is a malfunction in the electrical system, abnormal communication, or failure to shut down the student dormitory, an automatic alarm will be triggered.
