The training device has the characteristics of novel structure, reasonable layout, strong simulation, and convenient operation. It is specifically designed for skill training and assessment of professional personnel in the power sector, including maintenance electricians, line installers, meter installers, electricity inspectors, general electricians, and rural power grid distribution operators. By using actual installation wiring, the installation and wiring operations of low-voltage electrical and energy metering circuits are realized. Through training, trainees are familiar with various wiring regulations, proficient in wiring processes and procedures, and improve their practical skills.

The training device can provide multiple training and exams on the installation layout, debugging, replacement, troubleshooting, and high-altitude live fire safety skills, as well as related instrument and meter testing of electric energy meters, measuring terminals, current transformers and incoming/outgoing line switches, measuring junction boxes, etc.

The training device is capable of conducting practical training on metering terminal debugging, checking the status information of electric energy meters and terminals, testing the local and remote tripping functions of control circuits, and testing the control functions of metering box door switches.

● Equipped with a low-voltage integrated reading simulation training master station system

The low-voltage centralized reading simulation training main station system can be configured locally or remotely, and the communication between the main station system and the terminal is through Ethernet/wireless public network.

● Equipped with independent fault setting software

The device is equipped with fault setting software, which can perform fault setting and recovery on the simulation metering terminal and simulation energy meter. The fault setting software is separated from the main station system software, and can be configured locally or remotely with the main station system software.

● Equipped with energy meter simulation function

The simulated electricity meter is compatible with State Grid standards and communication protocols, and can communicate with local concentrators or collection terminals. The communication methods support carrier, dual-mode, low-power, and RS-485 communication, and can set and modify parameters such as positive and negative active and reactive data, peak and valley data, etc. It also has fault simulation function, which can simulate three common on-site faults: display, collection, and measurement. All parameter settings and fault settings can be set and restored through remote or local fault setting software.

● Equipped with terminal simulation function

The simulation terminal is compatible with the specifications and communication protocols of State Grid Corporation of China. It can connect with the automatic simulation training system for electric energy metering in the upstream and communicate with the local electric energy meter in the downstream. The communication methods support carrier, dual-mode, low-power, and RS-485 communication. It also has fault simulation function, which can simulate three common on-site faults: display, acquisition, and metering. All parameter settings and fault settings can be set and restored through remote or local fault setting software.

● Equipped with environmental simulation function

The upper part of the device cabinet is designed and installed with reference to the electric energy metering device, and the installation area meets the requirements of the relevant meter box size and component configuration of State Grid, so that the simulated metering user's on-site environment, wiring method, metering components, incoming and outgoing line switches, operating parameters, etc. are completely consistent with the site, achieving zero distance connection between the training environment and the site, and giving trainees a sense of immersion.

● Equipped with virtual load power supply

The device is equipped with a built-in virtual load power supply, which provides operating voltage and current to the low-voltage main line and metering device, enabling them to enter the operating state.

The device power supply has good fault tolerance function, and any wiring errors will not cause damage to the power supply.

The power supply of the device adopts electrical isolation treatment, and the voltage and current applied to the meter and main line are all supplied by virtual load power supply. The device shell is reliably grounded and has overload protection and leakage protection functions.

● Equipped with line fault detection and alarm functions

The device has intelligent detection function, which can automatically detect and judge errors or faults such as voltage circuit short circuit and current circuit open circuit in the installation wiring, and issue fault indicators (light alarm); Fault indication: Each phase's current and voltage are independently indicated. The current and voltage circuits without faults operate normally. When the fault is resolved, the circuit can automatically resume normal operation and can be used to check and determine wiring errors or troubleshooting situations.
