BEVS 2205 multifunctional coating performance tester is a multifunctional intelligent testing instrument developed by our company, which integrates cross scratch test, pencil hardness test, and scratch test. The intelligent automation instrument with easy operation and full touch screen control can meet various customer needs. It is versatile and can test the scratch resistance, adhesion, surface hardness, linear and rotational wear resistance of product surface coatings.

A testing platform with automatic locking of samples, automatic rotation and movement of the testing platform, automatic adjustment of testing pressure, adjustable engraving speed, and arbitrary switching of measurement functions.
With the improvement of product quality and the increasing frequency of testing, traditional manual testing methods will be replaced by intelligent and automated testing methods, greatly avoiding errors caused by human operation.
