usage method:


(1) Analyze and observe samples
Place the electrophoretic gel sample or thin layer or paper layer sample in the center of the instrument, turn on the power supply of the "reflective UV lamp", adjust the height and angle of the reflective UV lamp holder, so that the fluorescence emitted by the sample is the most clear and bright. Usually, the closer the reflected ultraviolet is to the sample, the stronger the fluorescence.
(2) Take sample photos
(1) Turn on the "lighting" incandescent lamp, use the incandescent lamp to illuminate, adjust the camera height and lens to make the sample image clear. Install a close-up mount and PCR filter in front of the camera. Then turn off the "lighting" incandescent lamp.
(2) Turn on the transmission ultraviolet lamp power for shooting, and determine different exposure times based on different samples to obtain clear and satisfactory film.
(3) Attention: If using without a darkroom, it must be operated in a darkroom.
