1. Flow meter installation: Ensure that the straight pipes in front and behind the flow meter are as long as possible. If there are pumps and regulating valves in front, try to increase the length of the straight pipes as much as possible and keep them away from them. There should be no strong electrical, magnetic, or frequency interference near the installation point. The installation point pipeline must be full pipe flow, and when the installation pipeline is vertically oriented, the fluid flow direction must be from bottom to top.
2. Electromagnetic valve: It should be installed behind the flow meter and at a distance of at least 40D (D is the diameter of the pipeline) from the flow meter to avoid vibration and electromagnetic field caused by the electromagnetic valve before and after operation, which may affect the measurement accuracy of the flow meter.
