1. The appearance of this series of resistance furnaces is rectangular, and the furnace shell is made of angle steel and high-quality steel plate folded and welded together;

2. The studio is a furnace made of refractory materials, with heating elements placed inside. The furnace and shell are insulated with insulation materials;

3. The furnace door is fixed to the electric furnace panel through multi-level hinges. When closing the furnace door, the weight of the furnace door handle is used to tightly close the furnace door and the furnace mouth through the lever principle. When opening, simply lift the handle lock upwards, pull the rubber hook outwards, and place the furnace door on the left side. In addition, there is a safety switch at the lower end of the furnace mouth that is interlocked with the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the power supply of the electric furnace is automatically cut off to ensure safe operation;

4. The temperature control system of this machine adopts microcomputer intelligent control, digital temperature display, and is equipped with a large viewing angle ammeter, which allows users to observe clearly.
