Overview of Monocular Metallographic Microscope 4XA:
The monocular metallographic microscope 4XA can be used to identify and analyze the microstructure of various metal materials, as well as to study surface spraying and cracking phenomena. Widely used in factories, laboratories, teaching, and scientific fields. Total magnification: 100X-1250X
Due to the overlap between the observation surface of the inverted microscope sample and the worktable surface, there is no requirement for the height of the sample, making it easy to use. The instrument has a compact structure and a beautiful and elegant appearance. The inverted microscope base has a large support area and a sturdy bent arm, making the instrument's center of gravity lower and stable. Due to the 45 degree inclination between the eyepiece and the support surface, observation is comfortable. Inverted metallographic microscopes are widely used in factories, laboratories, teaching, and research fields.
Performance characteristics:
1. For irregularly shaped or larger specimens, microscopic observation can also be performed.
2. Equipped with a large field eyepiece and a long distance flat field achromatic objective lens, the field of view is large and clear.
3. Coarse and micro coaxial focusing mechanism, adjustable coarse and micro elasticity, micro grid value: 2 μ m.
4. Three lens barrel, freely switchable for normal observation, capable of 100% transparent photography

Cleaning method for metallographic microscope
After using the metallographic microscope, it needs to be cleaned. If it is not used for a period of time, try to cover the microscope with a dust cover. Before covering the microscope, be sure to wait for the lamp holder to cool down sufficiently.
When cleaning various glass components, gently wipe them with gauze to remove fingerprints or oil stains. Use a small amount of ******* (70%) and alcohol (30%) mixed solution to wet the gauze and wipe;
2. Do not splash any liquid onto the microscope. If it splashes, immediately turn the main switch to "O", unplug the power cord, and then wipe off any liquid splashed onto or under the objective lens;
3. Do not use organic solvents to wipe non optical parts of the microscope. If you want to clean these parts, please use a lint free soft cloth dipped in a small amount of neutral detergent to wipe them;
If the objective lens is not installed, be sure to cover the installation screw hole on the objective lens converter to prevent dust and splashed tissue culture medium from entering the inside of the lens;
5. Do not disassemble any part of the microscope, as this may result in reduced performance or malfunction;
6. Using equipment that emits ultraviolet radiation near the microscope may cause discoloration of the colored parts (yellow) on the surface of the microscope. Avoid direct contact with the microscope
