Mobile bulk loader
Ship loader is a large bulk material machinery used for loading at bulk material docks. A general ship loader consists of an arm frame belt conveyor, a transition belt conveyor, a telescopic chute, a tail car, a running gear, a gantry, a tower, a pitching device, a slewing device, etc., as shown in Figure 1. Large port bulk loading equipment plays an important role in the high-speed, stable, efficient, and rolling development of industries such as energy, power, metallurgy, and ports, especially in some bulk material distribution centers. Ship loaders are usually used for continuous loading operations. Therefore, there must be supporting equipment to provide a continuous material flow for the ship loader to load continuously. Such as the feeding of grain silos in grain terminals and the continuous feeding of bucket wheel reclaimers in coal terminal yards.
The development of global trade integration has promoted the demand for bulk transportation worldwide. From the perspective of major commodities, the sea freight volume of bulk cargo such as iron ore, coal, and grain has been increasing rapidly. Accompanying this development is the continuous updating of ocean going bulk carriers. The construction of super large ports capable of docking and unloading these large ships has brought about a demand for bulk cargo loading and unloading equipment, and the increase in bulk cargo ship types has also posed new challenges for the design and manufacturing of bulk cargo loading and unloading equipment. According to the development trend of bulk cargo automation, some development trends of ship loaders can be predicted.
