1. Equipment quality assurance:The second party guarantees to deliver the goods to the first party in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract after the contract takes effect, and guarantees that the contents of the goods are equipment produced by the original manufacturer that complies with the contract provisions.

Free operation training:After the instrument debugging is qualified, Party B will be responsible for providing necessary daily operation, maintenance, safety knowledge and other technical training to Party A's operators, so that Party A's users can master the instrument operation specifications faster and better.
4. defects liability period:The warranty period is one year from the date of successful installation and debugging.
5. Technical exchange:The second party shall provide free technical literature and application materials from the manufacturer for life.
