Microwave flow switch
For powder flow detection inside piping and chutes
Set distance Max.1.5m
Frequency 24GHz band
Use pressure below ± 980kPa (9kgf/cm2)
Microwave flow switch is a sensor that utilizes the principle of Doppler effect for powder flow.
The flow state of materials such as blockages in the lower part of pipeline pressure transmission lines or chutes.
It has excellent performance in flow detection/blockage detection of dry powders.
Because it is a highly penetrative microwave method, it is almost unaffected by oil stains or dust.
Equipped with an automatic diagnostic function that reduces the sensitivity of the switch itself.
Composed of digital circuits, there is no drift change in the set value. It has a pressure resistance capability of approximately ± 980kPa within the piping system.
