Brief introduction
A microfilter is a device that utilizes the principle of filtration to recover fibers from wastewater, using a 0.5-3mm gap filtration process called microfiltration. Microfiltration is a mechanical filtration method that is suitable for maximizing the separation of tiny suspended substances (pulp fibers) present in liquids, achieving the goal of separating solid and liquid phases. The difference between microfiltration and other methods lies in the particularly small gaps in the filtering medium. With the help of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the sieve mesh, it has higher flow velocity and can intercept suspended solids under lower hydraulic resistance.

The mesh is made of stainless steel wire mesh, and its working principle is to enter the overflow weir water distributor from the water pipe mouth. After a short period of stable flow, the treated water evenly overflows from the outlet and is distributed on the filter screen of the rotating filter cartridge in the opposite direction. The water flow generates relative shear motion with the inner wall of the filter cartridge, resulting in high water efficiency and solid matter being intercepted and separated. Roll along the spiral guide plate inside the cylinder and discharge from the other end of the filter cartridge. The wastewater filtered out from the filter screen flows away from the water outlet directly below under the guidance of the protective covers on both sides of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge of the machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe, which sprays pressure water (3kg/cm2) in a fan shape to flush and clear the filter screen, ensuring that the filter screen always maintains good filtering capacity.
