Micro electrolysis oxidation tower
Micro electrolysis oxidation tower
Product details
Micro electrolysis tower
1. Working principle:
When the microelectrolysis tower is used as an independent water treatment process (such as for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, low concentration organic wastewater treatment), an aeration system can be set up, and the sewage flows out from the top to the bottom. When the sewage flows through the packing, the organic pollutants in the sewage are oxidized by the iron carbon micro battery. A microporous aerator is installed at the bottom of the tower, and the divalent iron ions produced by the reaction of the iron carbon micro electrolysis packing come into contact with oxygen in the air and are oxidized into trivalent iron ions, forming iron hydroxide precipitation. A pH adjustment system is set up at the outlet to adjust the pH value of the effluent by adding alkaline solution, so that iron hydroxide and suspended solids precipitate together, achieving the purpose of purifying sewage. The main reason for the decrease in efficiency of iron carbon microelectrolysis packing during operation is that the surface of the packing material is affected by the substances and sludge generated by the reaction, resulting in the inability of sewage to directly contact the iron carbon microelectrolysis battery and lose its function. Therefore, how to keep the surface of the iron carbon microelectrolysis packing clean and directly contact with sewage during the reaction process is the key to the efficient operation of the microelectrolysis oxidation tower. Our company uses the principle of fluidized bed reaction to design and manufacture an oxidation tower. With the help of aeration and internal circulation system, the iron carbon packing material forms a continuous motion of rolling up and down and rotating left and right. The reaction products detach from the surface of the packing material at any time, and new sewage enters the next step of oxidation reaction. The reaction products and the carbon powder hydroxide iron precipitate generated by the packing material are discharged and precipitated with the water flow.
When the microelectrolysis tower is used as a pre process for the Fenton oxidation process, only an internal circulation system is installed inside the tower without an aeration system, to prevent divalent iron ions from being oxidized and entering the Fenton oxidation process. divalent iron ions are the best catalyst in the Fenton oxidation process. To achieve the goal of killing two birds with one stone.
