Introduction to P5100-NMHC Methane/Non Methane Total Hydrocarbon Online Analyzer
Asicotech offers two types of online gas chromatography analyzers for methane/non methane total hydrocarbons: NMHC Type I and NMHC Type II. The NMHC II type uses the difference method to subtract the measured CH4 concentration from the measured TVOC (total hydrocarbons) concentration to obtain the concentration of NMCH (non methane total hydrocarbons), which reflects the concentration of hydrocarbons in the ambient atmosphere. The system is equipped with an internal sample sampling pump, quantitative tube, injection valve, and chromatographic column. This method basically complies with the national standard HJ/T38-1999, and all calculations are automatically completed by an internal computer. Based on the analysis of NMHC, thisinstrumentIt can be extended to simultaneously analyze benzene derivatives such as triphenyl and hexacene.
The NMHC Type I analyzer provides direct measurement of methane and non methane components without the need for any calculations or conversions. In this scheme, a single injection can achieve the separation of methane from all other VOC components and eliminate the interference of oxygen. This analyzer can measure methane and non methane total hydrocarbons very quickly (<3 minutes). Combined with the D2100 fully automatic sample dynamic dilution system, the instrument can complete multi-point automatic calibration. The external I/O of the software can also control the switching analysis of multiple sample channels. The ProChrom software of Xuanyi will record all data of the instrument on the built-in computer, and customers can easily perform actions such as changing concentration units (such as ppm, ppb, mg/m3), viewing trend charts, batch processing data, and viewing integration results.
