On site metallographic microscopes are suitable for industries such as aviation manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection, petrochemicals, railways, shipbuilding, power plants, power stations, equipment installation, large molds, safety testing, physical and chemical laboratories, etc. It can also be widely used in factories and laboratories for the identification of casting quality, raw material inspection, or research and analysis of metallographic structure after material processing.
2、 Instrument features:
★ Fully equipped, it integrates on-site sample preparation, microscopic observation, and microscopic digital photography, making it easy and fast to use. Sample preparation can be carried out using mechanical, electrolytic, chemical, and other methods.
The microscope adopts a large field eyepiece and a flat field achromatic objective lens, with adjustable brightness, a fine adjustment mechanism, stable focus, and clear imaging. Equipped with a spotlight halogen light source, the field of view is uniform and flat.
The microscope base is equipped with high magnetic two-wire feet that can be switched on and off, which can firmly adhere to the workpiece and adapt to various diameters of pipes and planes. The field of view can be adjusted in the X-Y plane.
Equipped with a microscope lens and camera connected to a metallographic microscope, it can directly take photos on site.
