Five elements of metal hose design:

1. Size hose nominal diameter, joint type and size, hose length.

2. The actual working pressure of the pressure hose is selected as the nominal pressure PN/working pressure P.

3. The chemical properties of the medium conveyed in the medium hose determine the material of each component of the hose according to the performance table.

4. The working temperature and range of the medium inside the temperature hose; The ambient temperature during the operation of the hose. When the temperature is high, the allowable high pressure at the working temperature must be determined according to the temperature correction factor to determine the correct pressure level for selection.

5. According to the state of the hose during use, refer to the correct installation method of the hose. Calculate the length of the hose in various motion states and factors such as the small bending radius of the hose. Select the correct length of the hose and install it correctly.
