5. The unwinding station is equipped with anti-static devices, with a total of 2 devices each.
The blowing flow rate of each electrostatic rod can be adjusted, and an electromagnetic valve can be used to choose whether to blow air or not.
6. Electrical Control
PLC+touch screen control, connected to the cleaning machine and material receiving machine for operation.
The PLC adopts Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, and the touch screen adopts 7-inch Kunlun communication mode.
7. A set of correction EPC devices drives the entire feeding rack to move, ensuring that the materials are not displaced.
