Process flow of metal crusher
1. The entire production line consists of a feed conveyor, a crusher host, a discharge conveyor, a magnetic separation conveyor, a sorting conveyor, a dust removal system, and an operation cabinet.
2. The crushed materials from the scrap steel crusher are separated into ferrous, non-ferrous, and non-metallic materials by vibrating conveyors, belt conveyors, and magnetic sorting systems, and then sent out for stacking by their respective conveyors.
3. Nonferrous metals and non-metallic materials will be searched again by magnetic separation equipment on the conveyor, picking out free iron metal materials to improve the recovery rate of iron metal materials. At the same time, selecting non-ferrous metals through eddy current sorting machines can improve the recovery efficiency.
4. The entire crushing line is monitored by the upper computer and controlled by PLC, which can achieve microcomputer control and manual operation.
