TEGAM models 1314 and 1315 precision RF power calorimeters can provide 250W@3GHz or 2000W@500MHz Traceability of RF medium and high power parameters (with a lower limit frequency of 60Hz) to achieve metrological calibration of medium and high power equipment within this range.
Package 1314/1315 includes a calorimeter and a circulating cooler to achieve the conversion of high-power energy to heat in radio frequency. By accurately measuring the flow rate and temperature rise of the circulating refrigerant, the value of high-power in radio frequency can be accurately calculated.
