1、 Selection of installation location
First, select the installation location to ensure that the workplace meets the following requirements:
1. Provide sufficient space for maintenance and operation of the machine;
2. Adequate lighting;
3. A smooth ventilation system.
The machine will be installed on a non elastic, sturdy, horizontal ground that can withstand the weight of the machine.
2、 Height and horizontal correction
The machine is equipped with foot cups and moving rollers. When it is necessary to move the machine, raise the foot cup to manually push the machine. After ensuring that the ground is level, select the position for the machine, then unscrew the foot cup and adjust the level of the machine.
3、 System connection
The main power supply is connected to the three pole circuit breaker of the control box from the machine output board end, and the wiring should be firm. The diameter of the power supply line should not be less than 25mm ² (recommended to use 25mm ²).
4、 Power inspection and connection
When using the machine for the first time, due to transportation reasons or loose wires, attention should be paid to checking the connection of the machine's power lines. Check whether the terminal electrical equipment is well connected, whether there are fragments or other debris falling into the connection or exposing the wiring. First, remove the debris, connect the wiring, and then close the electrical box and furnace cover.
5、 Attention: Ensure that the power supply delivered to the machine is matched with the required power supply. If it cannot be matched, do not connect the power to the machine.
