Medium alkali expanded glass fiber cloth bag is a new type of filter material developed on the basis of continuous medium alkali glass fiber cloth. The difference between it and continuous medium alkali glass fiber cloth is that its weft yarn is composed of medium alkali glass fiber expanded yarn. Due to the fluffy yarn, high coverage, and good breathability, it can improve filtration efficiency, reduce filtration resistance, and make it suitable for high air volume and high concentration dust capture.
The yarn used in this dust removal filter bag is treated with PTFE coating, woven into a filter cloth, and then treated with PTFE coating. The filter material has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, hydrophobicity, non aging, easy dust cleaning, and long service life. The P/G dual membrane filter material can achieve zero dust emissions. It can be applied to dust removal systems in industries with complex flue gas conditions and high dust removal requirements, such as carbon black, thermoelectric boilers, waste incineration, and steel.
