Installation method:

Step 1: Clean the door opening, remove excess parts, and ensure that both sides of the door opening are on a vertical line
Step 2: Install the top shaft part on the door frame
Step 3: Combine the three profiles of the door frame with screws or rivets
Step 4: Install the ground shaftMake a square pit on the ground according to the actual size, pour mortar, and fix the shaft by punching the center of gravity of the top shaft with a plumb bob until the center of the shaft bearing is fixed. After the cement dries, proceed to the next step
Step 5: Install the upper and lower shafts of the door body
Step 6: Install the door body
Loosen the anti-theft locking screw on the door leaf
Apply lubricating oil on the shaft to make the door leaf open and close smoothly, increasing its service life
Step 7: Debug the door leaf
Method for debugging the door leaf: Loosen the cover plate and use a wrench to adjust the screws of the floor shaft
The up and down method for debugging the door leaf: debug the hexagonal screw on the lower shaft, clockwise debug the door leaf upwards, counterclockwise debug the door leaf downwards
Step 8: Tighten the anti-theft locking screw firmly
Step 9: Install the door closer, adjust the speed of the door closer switch, and complete the installation.
