Working principle

The exhaust gas first enters the falling film recovery device through the exhaust pipe for cooling, falling film absorption, and acid production. The dilute acid liquid recovered by the falling film recovery device enters the storage tank through the discharge pipe for recoveryThe unabsorbed tail gas enters the first absorption tower, and the dilute acid liquid recovered by the first absorption tower enters the storage tank of this tower. The unabsorbed tail gas enters the second absorption tower, and the dilute acid liquid recovered by the second absorption tower enters the storage tank of this tower. The unabsorbed small amount of tail gas enters the vacuum pump, and the liquid recovered by the vacuum pump enters the storage tank of the main body. The standard tail gas absorbed by the vacuum pump is discharged through the exhaust pipe. In the process of acid production, the low concentration dilute acid solution generated participates in the acid circulation reaction. The dilute acid solution produced in the subsequent process is used to supplement the reduced circulating liquid in the previous process. After the concentration meets the process requirements, it is stored centrally. This process completes the acid tail gas recovery process. This series of devices can adopt automatic control to achieve unmanned management mode.
