The propeller and the mud scraper are driven by the same motor, so the power consumption is very small. The purified sewage enters the discharge pipe through the overflow plate below the inclined plate. A liquid level controller is installed in the pipe to adjust the water level in the tank to ensure that sewage does not flow into the sludge discharge pipe. And some suspended solids with a relatively high specific gravity sink to the bottom of the equipment, and after being concentrated by a sedimentation cone, they are regularly discharged from the outside of the machine through valves. At the same time as the bubble generator generates bubbles, a negative pressure zone is formed at the bottom of the tank due to the upward movement of the bubbles and the sewage. Under the negative pressure, the sewage continuously flows from the bottom of the tank to the air flotation zone, thereby circulating the sewage in the tank and ensuring uniform and continuous air flotation.
