Magnetic stirring system

Technical characteristics:

1. By utilizing the principle of magnetic coupling, isolation covers were used to separate the inside and outside of the tank, and the sealing was changed from static to static, effectively preventing mixing leakage;
2. The special magnetic circuit and structural design, coupled with the stirring shaft support system connected to the tank, achieve true magnetic levitation in both axial and radial directions. This means that the stirring shaft system is in a suspended state during rotation, with little or no contact (with auxiliary support), resulting in no friction or wear, no shedding of debris, and no pollution source;
3. By using materials that are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, as well as special structural designs, synchronous online cleaning and sterilization with the tank can be achieved;
4. No cooling or lubrication is required during use, no maintenance is needed, and the service life is 5-10 years or more. Just regularly replace the O-ring that is prone to aging due to repeated sterilization.
