Introduction to Magnetic Flip Plate Liquid Level Gauge:
The magnetic flap level gauge is a product developed and produced based on the digestion and improvement of similar products at home and abroad, and in accordance with the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. This instrument can be used for medium level detection of various equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, and boilers.

The components of the JCZL series magnetic flip column level gauge are made of materials such as 304, 316L, 321, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18N-i9, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, 304 or 0Cr18Ni9 lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PVC, PP, and imported high-quality electronic components. The product has high reliability, good stability, durability, and strong corrosion resistance. Its characteristics are very distinctiveSignificant:
1. Simple structure, sturdy and reliable, durable and long-lasting, with almost no maintenance workload, able to be installed and used outdoors for a long time;
2. The measured medium is completely isolated from the display part of the liquid level gauge, the liquid level sensor, and the magnetic switch;
3. Wide range of working pressure: pressure resistance from vacuum to 42MPa;
4. Wide working temperature range, suitable for temperatures ranging from -190~+425 ℃;
5. Not affected by the physical and chemical state of the tested medium. For example, the conductivity, dielectric constant, foam, pressure, temperature, evaporation, boiling, bubbles and other effects of the medium. Widely used for measuring various strong and weak corrosive, flammable and explosive, toxic, highly radioactive, agitated, and polluted liquid surfaces and interfaces;
6. Single pole single throw (SPST) and single pole double throw (SPDT) passive bistable magnetic switches can be optionally selected to achieve high and low liquid level, interface control or alarm. The number of magnetic switches is not limited.
7. Optional reed switch liquid level sensor or capacitive two-wire liquid level sensor, outputting 4-20m ADC (or with HART protocol) signal, realizing remote centralized measurement and control.
8. The two-line liquid level sensor can be equipped with a 0.56 'LED digital display for easy night observation.
