Before operating the equipment, the on duty operator should check the shift handover record, understand the usage of the equipment during work, and conduct a surface inspection of each component of the furnace to ensure that it is normal before using the equipment. The inspection items are as follows:
1. Check if the power switch, power connector, power cord edge, and furnace shell grounding are in good condition;
Check if the electrical components such as fuses and relays inside the control cabinet are functioning properly;
3. Check whether there is local melting, detachment or short circuit of the heating element in the furnace;
4. Check whether there are any surplus or waste objects in the furnace, whether the furnace masonry is in good condition, and whether the furnace bottom plate has serious deformation or burning cracks;
Check if the limit switch for opening and closing the furnace door is flexible and reliable;
Check if the thermocouples and control instruments are functioning properly, and if the automatic temperature control system is functioning properly.

The loading of workpieces into the furnace should be carried out at the furnace temperature specified in the process. When loading workpieces into the furnace, they should be placed in a civilized manner. The workpieces should be arranged neatly or placed in baskets or boxes before being put into the furnace. When loading the furnace, it is not allowed to throw the workpiece randomly, and the loading amount shall not exceed the second largest loading capacity of the furnace. Workpieces that are damp or contain corrosive substances shall not be loaded into the furnace. To ensure heating quality, the furnace workpiece should be placed within a certain range inside the furnace. When loading and unloading furnace materials, attention should be paid to safety, and workpieces should be handled gently to minimize collisions. When multiple people are operating, there should be someone directing and coordinating the operation to prevent burns and collisions.
Operate according to the process requirements
The entire heating process must strictly follow the process discipline and operate according to the process specifications specified in the process card. It is not allowed to change the process specifications without authorization. During the heating process, the operator must stick to their post and regularly check the working condition of the instruments (usually 20-25 minutes). When the furnace temperature is higher than 500C (unnecessary), the furnace door should not be opened at will, and the furnace door should not be opened for forced cooling to reduce the oxidation and decarburization of the workpiece surface and prolong the service life of the furnace lining.
Shutdown
After completing the department operation, close the furnace door, turn off the control power, then turn off the instrument power and equipment power, and write the equipment handover record.
The reference and setting methods for temperature and constant temperature time are as follows:
1) If the muffle furnace does not have a constant temperature timing function: click the "Set" button to enter the temperature setting state, the upper row of the display window will show the prompt "SP", and the lower row will show the temperature setting value (the first digit value will flash), which can be modified to the desired setting value by using the shift, increase, and decrease keys; Click the "Settings" button again to exit this setting state, and the modified settings will be automatically saved. If no key is pressed within 1 minute in this setting state, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.
2) If there is a constant temperature timing function, click the "Set" button to enter the temperature setting state. The prompt "SP" will be displayed in the upper row of the display window, and the temperature setting value will be displayed in the lower row (the first digit value will flash). The modification method is the same as above; Click the "Settings" button again to enter the constant temperature time setting state. The prompt "ST" will be displayed in the upper row of the display window, and the constant temperature time setting value will be displayed in the lower row (the first digit value will flash); Click the "Settings" button again to exit this setting state, and the modified settings will be automatically saved.
When the constant temperature time is set to "0", it means that there is no timing function, the controller runs continuously, and the temperature setting value is displayed in the lower row of the display window; When the set time is not "0", the lower row of the display window displays the running time or temperature setting value (see Section 7. Internal Parameter Table-2 for the running time display mode (value of parameter ndt)). When the running time is displayed, the "running time" character lights up. After the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer starts counting, and the "running time" character flashes. When the timing time is up, the operation ends, and the lower row of the display window displays "End". The buzzer beeps and beeps for 1 minute before stopping. After running, long press the "decrease" button for 3 seconds to restart the operation.
Note: If the temperature setting value is increased during the timing process, the instrument will start timing again from 0. If the temperature setting value is decreased, the instrument will continue to time.characteristic:
