Product Introduction

The stacked snail sludge concentrator inherits the technical advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency, fully automatic control, and stable operation of the stacked snail sludge dewatering machine. It can directly concentrate the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank quickly and continuously, and the concentration of the concentrated and separated sludge is stable and adjustable within the range of 90% to 96%. After adopting this equipment, there is no need to build a concentration tank, reducing construction investment and land occupation, effectively reducing the odor and phosphorus release caused by the sludge in the concentration tank, reducing the workload of subsequent treatment, and greatly improving the production capacity of sludge dewatering and deep dewatering equipment.

Construction principle:

  Stacked screw sludge concentratorIt consists of a concentration body, a driving device, a filtrate tank, a mixing system, a frame, etc. When the spiral thickener is working, the sludge is lifted to the mixing tank by the sludge pump. At this time, the dosing pump also quantitatively delivers the liquid medicine to the mixing tank. The mixing motor drives the entire mixing system to fully mix the sludge with the liquid medicine, thereby producing alum flowers. When the liquid level reaches the upper level of the liquid level sensor, the liquid medicine sensor receives a signal, causing the spiral main motor to work and start filtering the sludge into the spiral main body. Under the action of the spiral shaft, the sludge is gradually lifted to the sludge outlet, and the filtrate flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring.

In general, the stacked screw sludge concentrator is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the principle of spiral extrusion to achieve the squeezing and concentration of sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of pitch and the small gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring.

Scope of use:

As a pretreatment equipment for sludge deep dewatering system, it is matched with high-pressure plate and frame filter press, diaphragm filter press and other equipment;

Replace sludge concentration tanks as pre-treatment equipment for sludge dewatering systems;

Used for other concentration or solid-liquid separation processes.
