The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the principle of screw extrusion to achieve squeezing and dewatering of sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by changes in screw diameter and pitch, as well as the small gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring.

Construction principle:

  Stacked screw sludge dewatering machineThe main body of the filter is composed of multiple fixed rings and moving rings, with a spiral shaft passing through them to form a filtering device. The front section is the concentration section, and the back section is the dewatering section, which completes the concentration and pressing dewatering of sludge in one cylinder, replacing traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a unique and subtle filter body mode.

Dehydration principle:

After gravity concentration in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. As it moves forward, with the gradual reduction of the filter gap and pitch, as well as the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great internal pressure is generated, and the volume continuously decreases, achieving the goal of full dewatering.
