Main purpose:

This machine is widely used for micro crushing processing of materials in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, traditional Chinese medicine, feed, plastics, pesticides, and non-metallic minerals.

Working Principle:

The rotor and stator form a closed crushing chamber. After the material is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding device, it also accelerates and rotates under the high-speed rotation of the rotor, while moving in the outer circumferential direction under the centrifugal force. During this process, there is a strong collision between the material and the pins on the rotor and stator, causing them to be crushed, and the degree of crushing becomes more severe as they move outward. Due to the presence of three layers of pin rings on both the rotor and stator, the material is effectively crushed, resulting in ideal fineness and uniform particle size. During this crushing process, a large amount of air is sucked into the crushing area, which serves the purpose of cooling the machine, abrasive, and conveying materials.
