The Mitsubishi Universal AC Servo Amplifier MR-J3 series is a servo system developed on the basis of the MR-J2S series, which has higher performance and functionality. Its control modes include position control, speed control, torque control, and switching control between them.
This servo amplifier has a wide range of applications, not only for high-precision position control and smooth speed control in mechanical tools and general industrial machinery, but also for linear control and tension control.
This product has USB and RS-422 serial communication functions. Parameter setting, trial operation, status display monitoring, and gain adjustment can be performed through a personal computer installed with servo setting software. The product has high-level self-tuning function and advanced vibration suppression control function.
The high-performance servo motor encoder matched with the MR-J3 series adopts an absolute position encoder with a resolution of 262144 pulses/revolution, and the speed loop frequency response is increased to 900HZ, with high-speed/large torque characteristics, so it has the ability to perform higher precision control than the MR-J2S series.
Multiple series of servo motors are suitable for different control requirements, and the encoders on the motors all support ABS mode. As long as a battery is added to the servo amplifier, an absolute position system can be formed.
