The Meriam MPG2000BBL series digital pressure gauge has successfully addressed the demand for measuring operating pressure in hazardous areas in modern society.
The standard features include minimum/maximum value capture, restoring the reference range on the pressure gauge, optional engineering units, password protection, adjustable display off time, on-site calibration, and a reinforced all metal casing.
Typical applications include instrumentation and industrial process control, hydraulic systems, gas mechanics, industrial gas, and OEM applications.

Range and Resolution
Refer to the table below. The unit can be changed to any listed sensor range with a fixed resolution.

Two 1.5 V AAA Panasonic LR03 alkaline batteries. Depending on the usage of the backlight, the low battery indicator will appear on the display screen after approximately 150-1000 hours of actual use
Control and Function
The center button can turn on or off the measuring instrument. Holding it continuously will reset the measurement reference model to zero and activate the backlight illumination for 1 minute. If low illumination is detected, switch between the minimum/maximum illumination function.
▲ (Unit) button can add settings and select work units
The ▼ (time) button can reduce the setting, automatically select the shutdown time, and the internal lock switch: prohibit setting and calibration.
Automatic shutdown
Default value, 5 minutes; You can choose to turn it on/off by default after 1 minute to 8 hours.
Minimum/maximum memory
The minimum/maximum storage can be configured by the user to save or clear when enabled or disabled, and when the power is turned off
Password Protection Standard
Non interactive zero point, range and linearity, ± 10% of range
Overpressure, rupture, vacuum
Sensors ranging from 3 psi to 2000 psi, with a pressure range of 2 times
For a 3000 gauge pressure sensor, use a 5000 gauge pressure range
For a 5000 gauge pressure sensor, use a 7500 gauge pressure range
Warning will be displayed for over range and below range
Vacuum service: 15 PSIG, 15 PSIA, 30 PSIA, 100 PSIG, 100 PSIA, 200 PSIG
Fracture: 4 times the pressure rating or 10000 PSI, whichever is less

Shell material and circuit board protection
Aluminum alloy shell with epoxy powder coating, rear cover and frame. Rubber gasket, polycarbonate label. Strengthen the sensor monitoring area. Moisture resistant circuit board coating.
