1. Equipment assembly
The host installed on a concrete foundation should be leveled and firmly secured with anchor bolts. The host coal powder separator should be connected to a rubber hose and the ignition furnace, and the installation height should be adjusted. The furnace base should be stable and fixed on a brick concrete structure or steel structure base. The exhaust pipe of the blower should be connected to the inlet pipe at the bottom of the ignition chamber of the combustion furnace. The ignition furnace should be connected to the combustion chamber deep into the combustion chamber inlet hole, with an inner diameter of 150-200mm. The combustion chamber should be connected to the heat source equipment.
The characteristics of the coal pulverizer are: refining the coal added to the combustion chamber into powder and mixing it with excess air, spraying it into the combustion chamber for complete suspension combustion, with high thermal efficiency, increased production and energy saving, coal savings of 60-70%, increased drying output by 214%, and production is not affected by rainy weather, no exhaust gas emissions, and no need for dust collection devices.
