MJF Compressed Air Precision Filter is a device developed by MT/Maite Company, which utilizes the interception and adsorption principle of filter materials to remove water and oil from compressed air. The equipment adopts a vertical structure, with inlet and outlet flanges and threaded forms. When the gas inlet dryness is less than 70%, the outlet dryness is maintained at more than 90%, and it is equipped with an automatic drain valve AD-402
Equipment Introduction:
The MJF series precision gas filter is one of the new generation air purification device series developed by our company based on mature filtration technology. This product is easy to operate and can effectively carry out gas dust removal, dehydration, and purification of impurities, making the filtered gas dry and clean to meet gas standards.
Precision gas filters use physical interception to intercept solid impurities, small dust, free moisture, oil mist, etc. in the air through the principles of glass fiber interception, collision, adsorption, etc., providing cleanliness of compressed gas and effectively protecting the cleanliness of subsequent gas components.

Equipment selection precautions:
When choosing a gas precision filter, please consider the following parameters:
1. Consider handling traffic and choosing the appropriate caliber.
2. Consider the chemical properties of the filter medium, whether it contains corrosiveness, etc., and choose the material of the steam water separator.
3. Consider the temperature of the filter medium and choose a suitable drain valve or high-temperature drain valve.
4. Provide the pressure of the pipeline and select the correct pressure rating for positive pressure; Special attention should be paid when selecting.
