Program transfer between CNC and PC can be achieved through Ethernet interface and USB 2.0, enabling one click start with the shortest processing preparation time and significantly improving productivity.
2. Equipped with 3D simulation software, it displays the necessary parameters for tool processing in a dialog box format. After inputting the parameters, tool simulation can display the 3D graphics of the tool and the grinding steps of the machine tool. (Distinguish each grinding step with different colors) Utilize the anti-collision function of the software to avoid collision phenomena during actual processing.
3. By selecting corresponding software modules, various types of cutting tools can be processed. Through probes, automatic cyclic measurement of workpieces and compensation for tool wear can be achieved, enabling both tool production and tool grinding.
