The MFM-01 multifunctional melting machine, also known as the multifunctional melting furnace, is a multifunctional sample preparation equipment developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for X-ray fluorescence spectrometer analysis using glass melting plate method, cast iron remelting method, and metal remelting method. It can also be used for sample pretreatment equipment such as cast iron remelting and whitening for direct reading spectrometer and metal remelting method. Can be used for the preparation of melt samples of various minerals, silicates, soils, oxides, metals, and non metals. This multifunctional melting machine is designed for fast and efficient sample preparation, with a high degree of automation, stability, and flexible operation characteristics. The overall structure of the machine is reasonable, using high-frequency induction heating technology with extremely high heating speed. It is also equipped with a high-precision infrared temperature measurement system for real-time temperature measurement and combined with Ruishenbao's proprietary high-precision temperature control technology to ensure temperature accuracy and reproducibility during the melting process.
