The detection of rubber properties using a rotorless rheometer has been widely used in rubber product development and quality control. The MDR S3L rotorless rheometer adopts a brand new design, suitable for users' demanding requirements for space constraints, reliability, and maintainability. Its standard vulcanization test complies with ASTM D5289, and the optional pressure kit can detect foamed rubber. Obtain the characteristics of the rubber compound before, during, and after vulcanization through a single experiment. The MDR S3L rotorless rheometer is equipped with a NIDAS data acquisition system and computer, which can easily output data and import data into the user's ERP system.
