The MC-II pulse bag filter has been greatly improved on the basis of the original Type I. It is more advanced and reasonable in structure, with lower injection pressure, good dust cleaning effect, and low maintenance workload. It is currently an ideal pulse bag filter.
2、 Characteristics and structural principles of MC-II pulse bag filter:
(1) Characteristics:
On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC-I type dust collector, the MC-II type pulse bag filter adopts the low resistance QMF-20P type pulse valve, which extends the service life of the control system and filter bags of the dust collector by more than twice compared to the MC-I type, reducing maintenance workload.
2. The pressure of compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original 5-7 kg/cm2 to the current 3 kg/cm2 pressure, but the dust cleaning effect can still achieve the effect of 5-7 kg/cm2 pressure, thus expanding the scope of use.
3. Due to structural improvements, the tightness of the equipment has been enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be less than 10%, further improving product quality.
4. The cover removal device and filter bag fixing method have been reformed, improving working conditions for equipment maintenance and repair.
5. The spraying device has added a protective cover, and the cover structure adopts rainproof measures, so that the dust collector can be placed outdoors without the need for an additional rain shelter, reducing construction investment.
6. The original agitator for dust removal has been removed, and a YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve combination air shut-off device has been installed. Expanded the effectiveness of dust cleaning, reduced maintenance, tightly sealed and quickly discharged dust.
And through structural and pulse valve reforms, the problems of outdoor placement and low compressed air pressure have been solved. Suitable for mechanical, metallurgical, rubber, flour, chemical and pharmaceutical, carbon building materials, mining and other units.
