Standard configuration:

○ The machine adopts a heavy design concept, and the steel plate welding naturally fails before the whole machine is precision machined to ensure the strength and accuracy of the machinery.

○The hydraulic cylinder is integrated with worm gear transmission, and the bending depth is controlled by servo motor numerical control. The repeated positioning accuracy is less than 0.02mm.

○Two fluids are mechanically balanced using a torsion bar, with a balance accuracy of less than 0.02mm.

○The upper crossbeam is equipped with a straightening mechanism to adjust its straightness.

○The clamping block adopts a standard scale wedge type anti drop quick clamping block.

○The rear material shaft adopts ball screw and linear guide equipped with Schneider servo motor for transmission, with a positioning accuracy of 0.02mm.
