The MC series torque synchronous CNC bending machine is an economical CNC bending machine produced by our company. The frame is welded with all steel plates and undergoes aging treatment before being precision machined to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine body; The standard configuration of the German Elger CNC system P40 enables CNC control of the rear gear axis X and the liquid * * Y axis; Two fluids are balanced through a torsion bar and equipped with a crossbeam straightening function; Configure anti drop quick clamping block.

Standard configuration:

The machine adopts a heavy design concept, and the steel plate welding naturally fails before the whole machine is precision machined to ensure the strength and accuracy of the machinery.

The hydraulic cylinder is integrated with worm gear transmission, and the bending depth is controlled by servo motor numerical control. The repeated positioning accuracy is less than 0.02mm.

Two fluids are mechanically balanced using a torsion bar, with a balance accuracy of less than 0.02mm.

The upper crossbeam is equipped with a straightening mechanism to adjust its straightness.

The clamping block adopts a standard scale wedge type anti drop quick clamping block.

The rear material shaft adopts ball screw and linear guide equipped with Schneider servo motor for transmission, with a positioning accuracy of 0.02mm.

The rear material labeling machine is equipped with 2 blocking fingers and uses double linear guide rails, allowing the operator to easily move the blocking fingers in front.

The lower workbench adopts a manual mechanical disturbance compensation system, which solves the problem of excessive angles from both ends to the middle when folding long materials (optional).

The standard machine is equipped with two sheet metal support workbenches, and can be optionally equipped with a linear monorail sliding support workbench.
