product overview
Combining ultrasonic heat meter technology with M-BUS bus technology, the ultrasonic heat meter completes heat measurement and uploads readings through the M-BUS bus system. The M-BUS bus structure is a two-wire bus system designed specifically for transmitting information between measuring instruments and counters, and has now become an international standard (standard number EN13757). The non-polar two-wire bus system has the advantages of strong reliability, low cost, diversified networking, easy wiring construction, and simple maintenance, which can achieve remote centralized meter reading of heat meter data.
Product parameters
Performance characteristics
Chip upgrade: The main circuit of the heat meter adopts an internationally renowned time to digital conversion chip with a resolution of 45PS. The control chip uses a 16 bit ultra-low power mixed signal processor from Texas Instruments in the United States;
Temperature compensation: adopting unique waveform automatic error correction algorithm and adaptive temperature compensation method to achieve high-precision and high accuracy measurement;
High sensitivity and stability: The pipeline adopts a copper column reflection mode and is enclosed in a stainless steel shell, which can withstand a pressure of 2.5MPa for a long time. The starting flow rate can reach 0.019m3/h, and the measuring mechanism has no moving parts, never wears out, with stable performance, high reliability, and long service life.
Bus reading: M-BUS bus interface can be selected as the communication type, which has fast reading speed, high reliability, and reduces the cost of manual reading;
Waterproof measures: The circuit part adopts more optimized waterproof measures, and the protection level of the entire meter reaches IP67
