1Loosen the round nut on the sampler once, thread the hose through the nut, and then tighten the nut to secure the sampler and hose.
Attention: The hose extends from the lower end of the sampler connector
2Twist the sampling bottle onto the sampler connector.
Attention: Oil samples should be taken when the oil temperature is high, such as after the operation is completed. The sampling conditions should be as similar as possible each time.
3If the fuel tank is equipped with a dipstick, it can be pulled out and the hose can be inserted into the oil. If the fuel tank is equipped with an oil level screw, unscrew it and insert the hose into the oil.
Note: Generally, the depth of the hose entering the oil is about
Attention: If the hose is stored in coils, it may not reach the oil level if used as it is. In this case, it can be straightened to the desired length before use.
Attention: If the hose is too long, it can be cut to a suitable length to ensure reduced oil suction resistance and smooth oil extraction.
4Push the handle of the sampler to the bottom, then cover the two small holes at the front end of the sampler with your fingers. At the same time, pull the handle of the sampler back, and a vacuum will form inside the sampling bottle, allowing oil to flow into the sampling bottle through the hose.
Attention: If the sampler fails to extract the required amount of oil in one stroke as described above, release the finger covering the small hole, then push the sampler handle forward, and repeat the above operation.
5Draw the oil to the marked area on the sampling bottle, do not fill the sampling bottle with oil.
6Unscrew the sampling bottle from the sampler connector, being careful not to mix dust and external impurities, and then tighten the bottle cap.
7After that, wipe the end of the hose dry with a clean cloth or paper. Loosen the round nut and extract the hose from the nut.
