The LCN-300 high-purity nitrogen generator is made based on the principle of air separation using electrocatalysis. The electrolytic cell is designed using the reverse reaction of fuel cells. This instrument mainly consists of an electrolysis system, a pressure control system, a purification system, and a display system. Electrolytic nitrogen adopts the current * * * membrane separation technology and uses * * medical grade stainless steel tank body. The amount of nitrogen generated is automatically adjusted according to the output needs, ensuring the stability of output flow rate and pressure. It can provide carrier gas for various types of chromatographs at home and abroad. 4. Structure:

① The cylindrical electrolytic cell integrates nitrogen production, oxygen discharge, and liquid storage through electrolysis. The electrolytic cell adopts a stainless steel structure and advanced electrolytic membrane separation technology, which is small in size, light in weight, sturdy, rust resistant, and not easily aged. The electrolyte is directly added to the inner cylinder, which is porous and evenly distributed. The liquid inlet and oxygen outlet are carried out simultaneously, with unobstructed circulation. The electrolytic cell adopts * * membrane separation technology, and the catalytic layer uses precious metal catalysts, which makes the electrolytic cell have strong catalytic ability, high efficiency, large gas production, and high nitrogen purity. Before leaving the factory, the electrolytic cell undergoes a high voltage and high current aging test for more than 100 hours, which makes the performance and working state of the electrolytic cell extremely stable.

② Replacing the traditional acrylic organic glass filter with a polycarbonate filter greatly improves its impact resistance, making the filter sturdy and durable, and preventing breakage and damage.

③ Adopting a stable voltage and current switching power supply, the electrolytic power supply system is stable and reliable.

④ Immersion electrolytic cell: The electrolytic cell has good heat dissipation performance during operation and does not require forced circulation. The electrolysis efficiency is high, and one-way valves are installed at the inlet and outlet of the electrolytic cell, ensuring a pressure of 0.15 MPa in any situation inside the electrolytic cell. Fundamentally solved the problem of liquid leakage.
