Brief introduction
The AN-WQSTU20 low range turbidity online analyzer is a product developed specifically for online monitoring of drinking water quality. It has the characteristics of ultra-low turbidity detection limit, high-precision measurement, long-term maintenance free equipment, water-saving operation, and digital output. It supports remote monitoring of data on cloud platforms and mobile devices, as well as RS485 modbus communication.
It can be widely used for online monitoring of turbidity in tap water, secondary water supply, end-point water in pipeline networks, direct drinking water, membrane filtration water, swimming pools, surface water, etc.
2、 Working principle
The AN-WQSTU20 low range turbidity online analyzer adopts the 90 ° scattering detection principle, and is designed with a unique photoelectric receiving structure and automatic temperature light compensation method, greatly improving the accuracy and precision of turbidity detection. The sensor is equipped with an ARM7 data processor and uses efficient digital filtering algorithms to avoid noise interference. It also uses standard Modbus digital signal output, making it easy for users to access computer monitoring systems.
The low range turbidity online analyzer guides parallel light emitted by the light source downward into the water sample in the sensor. The light is scattered by suspended particles in the water sample, and the scattered light at a 90 degree angle to the incident angle is received by a silicon photovoltaic receiver immersed in the water sample. The turbidity value of the water sample is obtained by calculating the relationship between the 90 degree scattered light and the incident beam.
