Product Overview:
The low-temperature brittleness testing machine is used to detect the brittleness characteristics of vulcanized rubber and plastic materials in low-temperature environments. Soak the sample fixed on the testing device in a low-temperature medium for 5 minutes, then use an impact head to impact the sample at a linear velocity of 2 ± 0.2m/s, and finally check whether there are cracks, fissures, small holes, and overall damage at the lowest temperature of the sample. Adopting a two-stage compressor for rapid cooling and refrigeration, the minimum temperature can reach -70 ° C (if the temperature needs to be lower than -70 ° C, liquid nitrogen can be connected to the backup heat exchanger interface, and the minimum temperature can reach -120 ° C). The temperature controllability is high, and the liquid heat transfer medium in the low-temperature tank can use a stirring motor to achieve better temperature uniformity. Each test can test 4 sets of samples, and the automatic rotating positioning fixture performs impact testing on each set of samples to check the lowest temperature at which brittle failure occurs.
