3、 Working principle
This device is adjustable in the X, Y, and Z directions along three axes, making it easy to detect. The pillar of the gantry mechanism is on the Z-axis, the loading crossbeam is on the X-axis, and the worktable operation is on the Y-axis. The moving distance of the workbench is not less than 1500mm, and the workpiece can be conveniently placed on the workbench. The workbench moves in a straight line along the Y-axis, which facilitates the adjustment of the detection position; The servo motor drives the precision screw to drive the loading actuator to move along the Z-axis to apply the test force, and the load sensor on the loading actuator ensures the accuracy of the loading force value; The spindle mechanism is driven by a control motor to run the ball screw along the X-axis, and the displacement is controlled by a high-precision displacement measurement mechanism for accurate selection and adjustment of detection points; Large testing space and wide application range, especially suitable for Rockwell hardness testing of large metal components.
