1、 Machine tool usage

Longmen CNC drilling machine is mainly used for drilling and light milling of pipe and plate parts.

2、 Machine tool structure

1. The machine tool is mainly composed of a bed, worktable, gantry, slide, power head, CNC system, cooling and chip removal system, and other parts.

2. The Longmen CNC drilling machine adopts a fixed bed and gantry, and a movable worktable.

3. The bed and gantry are welded components, while the worktable is made of cast iron. Before processing, they undergo high-temperature annealing, followed by semi precision machining and secondary annealing to remove stress, and then precision machining to ensure stable accuracy of the machine tool.

4. The Longmen CNC drilling machine has a total of 3 CNC axes. The bed is equipped with heavy-duty linear guides, and the worktable can move longitudinally along the guides (x-axis). The Longmen crossbeam is also equipped with linear guides, and the slide can move laterally along the guides (y-axis). The slide is equipped with a slider, and the power head is equipped with a guide rail, which can move vertically on the slide (z-axis). The x, y, and z axes are all driven by servo motors and ball screws.

5. The power head spindle adopts the spindle of Taiwan Pusen Company, driven by a variable frequency motor, and can be infinitely adjusted according to needs. The spindle BT40 taper hole can be installed with a drill bit or milling cutter through a connecting rod, and the spindle box is equipped with a loosening cylinder (gas-liquid pressurization) for easy tool change. And it can be equipped with a cold connecting rod in the cutting tool to achieve high-speed cutting.

6. On both sides of the workbench, there are two spiral chip conveyors that can automatically remove chips. The machine tool adopts water cooling and is equipped with a cooling liquid supply, recovery, and circulation filtration system.

7. The CNC adopts FAGOR8035 system, equipped with RS232 interface and color display screen, Chinese operation interface, can input workpieces on-site/externally on PC, and is easy to operate.

8. The machine tool is equipped with protective covers for the x and y axis guide rails and lead screws. The X-axis is equipped with a steel plate protective cover, and the Y-axis is equipped with an organ type protective cover.
