This integrated system is based on ABB's six axis robot and includes a self-designed rotating silo, automatic marking mechanism, profiling gripper, assembly line, adjustable slide, etc. Employees place the cast parts on the rotating material bin, and control the rotation of the rotating material bin after exiting the safe distance. The robot grabs the parts from the material bin and accurately places them into the X-ray machine tray. After the X-ray machine swallows the tray, completes the inspection, and pushes out the tray, the robot grabs the parts, accurately identifies qualified and unqualified products in communication interaction, and places them in their respective areas. The assembly line moves out the qualified products, and the unqualified products slide into the basket car through the slide.
