Liquid-sealed adhesive is a specialized product used in high-efficiency air filters. High-efficiency air filters are primarily used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids smaller than 0.5μm. They utilize ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter media, and offset paper, aluminum membrane, and other materials as separators, bonded to a wooden frame and aluminum alloy. They feature high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust holding capacity.

After curing, the liquid-sealed adhesive is an elastic colloid specifically designed for sealing in high-efficiency air filters. It forms a tight, airtight seal within the aluminum trough. The adhesive adheres well to the trough wall; if the filter is moved or removed, it easily separates, regaining its elasticity and automatically restoring the seal. It exhibits excellent weather resistance, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance, absorbing stress from thermal expansion and contraction without cracking. It also has moderate hardness and good elastic recovery.

Liquid-grooved sealant is a shorthand for a viscous, gel-like, transparent, two-component addition-type sealant specifically used in high-efficiency air filters. Both components, silica gel A and B, are free-flowing liquids; component A is transparent, and component B is blue.

It cures at room temperature after a 1:1 mixture, is easy to weigh, and facilitates convenient potting and sealing operations, with no waste gas, waste liquid, or waste residue emissions.
